I offer a variety of classes designed to support both beginners and experienced practitioners. My offerings include gentle yoga for relaxation and stress relief, flow-based classes to build strength and flexibility, and restorative sessions that promote deep rest and healing. I also guide Yoga Nidra, a powerful practice of yogic sleep, available in both group and private sessions. Each class is thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are and help you feel balanced, grounded, and renewed.
Not at all! All levels are welcome in our group classes. Lyn provides modifications for every body and experience level.

Just comfortable clothing and an open mind. Yoga mats are available at the studio, though you’re welcome to bring your own.
